LA TORRE DEL BENNICELLI HOLIDAY HOUSE RULES

* These Regulations must be read with care and respected. For all that is not explicitly mentioned, reference is made to the regulations in force, to the good taste and common sense of everyone in the interests of all.

Dear Guests, the rules to be observed in our apartments are dictated by common sense and mutual respect. These rules may perhaps seems excessive, but we want to consider them useful suggestions to guarantee a peaceful, quiet and without surprises stay.

ARRIVAL: except for special needs, check-in must be from 14:00 to 21:00. Not having a concierge service, please inform us of your arrival time (including any delays). Upon arrival you will need to show us an identity document (ID card or passport), to allow us your regular registration.

KEYS: it will be a pleasure for us to give you the keys of our apartments, provided you keep them carefully. In case of loss of the keys, we will be forced to request a refund, for the change of the locks and the coding of a new remote control, for the amount of80€.

DEPARTURE: the apartments must be returned by 10:00 a.m. on the departure date. If you leave the apartment after 10:00 a.m., you will be charged an additional day of stay.

CLEANING OF THE PROPERTY: All our apartments are delivered to customers in perfect order and cleanliness. Customers must arrange to leave the property in order before their departure. The price agreed the cleaning every 3 days; the daily cleaning is an extra cost (you check the table of extra cost).

* Change of sheets and towels: guests will find towels, sheets and tablecloths upon arrival. There are no linen changes, unless requested and paid for separately (you check the table of extra cost).

* The tariff include: electicity, water, heating, wifi, the use of kitchen and laundry, seasonal pool, barbecue.

* The heating is timed (8:00 am/1:00 pm – 5:0 pm/ 9:00 pm); every breaking than implys a technical interverting, will be paied by guests. The change of heating time is an extra cost (check the table of extra cost) and it must be agreed whit owner.

* The wifi have a password, than we give you it during the check-in. In case of signal absence, please, contact us; every breaking of router in our apartment than implys a technical interverting, will be paied by guests.

* AVOID MAKING NOISE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU RETURN LATE IN THE NIGHT.
* IT IS FORBIDDEN TO MOVE THE LOCATION OF THE APARTMENT FURNITURE (Chairs, Tables, bed, etc.).
* IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE INSIDE THE APARTMENT.
*PLEASE THROW ONLY TOILET PAPER WITHIN THE WC.

* THE APARTMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO REALIZE: PARTIES, BACHELOR PARTIES, CELEBRATIONS, OR FOR WORLD/EUROPEAN/ITALIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS SUPPORTERS, ETC.

* WITHIN THE APARTMENTS FREE WIFI CONNECTION IS AVAILABLE, ask the Manager for the password.
* THE ENTRY OF THIRD PARTIES IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN, EXCEPT FOR DIFFERENT AGREEMENTS WITH THE OWNER.

* In the event that the owner grants the entry of third parties, the new entries must:

  • be registered through the normal procedure;
  • pay a daily supplement of € 20.00 (children under the age of 6 are exempt);
  • pay according to the seasonal rate and the tourist tax, in case of overnight stay.

* We remind you to throw the differentiated garbage in the appropriate containers, and to leave it out every two days so that it can be disposed of by the owner.


* The guests are obliged to take care of their personal things and valuables left in the accommodation. We are NOT responsible for the possible disappearance of these items. When you leave the house, always lock the doors and windows of the entire apartment.

* Guests who intentionally or accidentally damage the property, will have to reimburse the owner the full amount of the occurred damage. At the end of the stay, all possible damages will be charged as reimbursement. We therefore ask you to preserve the rented accommodation and to treat the furniture and equipment of the apartments with care.

* It is forbidden to throw waste in the toilets or in any other place not predicted for this purpose like the courtyard, the entrance of the house or its proximity.

* The owner is entitled to enter the rented accommodation (in the absence of the customer also). The owner has the duty to inform customers of his entrance into the apartment. In the event of a reasonable doubt that the apartment has suffered damage, customers must allow the owner to enter the apartment to check the condition of the property.

* The owner reserves the right to access the outdoor gardens and the swimming pool for maintenance.

* In the presence of animals, we rely on the common sense and education of the owner in providing for the cleaning of physical needs. Pets are not allowed within the pool.

* Please turn off lights, air conditioners, TVs, and other installations when you are out of the apartament..

* Before the departure, in order to facilitate the arrival of the next tenants, we kindly invite you to: leave all the rooms in order, turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioning in the summer and the heating in winter, close the taps of the water in the bathrooms and in the kitchen, hand over the keys to the apartment owner.


* We are not liable for any inefficiencies due to total or partial lack of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, internet or heating not dependent on the will of the owner.

* It is extremely forbidden to have house parties or to cause any kind of disturbance to the neighboring guests.

* Please do NOT take the items away from the apartment (towels, sheets, chairs, tables, blankets, accessories and anything else).

* In case of direct booking, you will be sent an email with the quote and the formalities (amount) to be fulfilled in confirmation of the same. In case of cancellation within 14 days prior to the check-in date, the amount will not be returned.

* It is not our habit to refuse you hospitality, but it is correct to inform you that in case of violation of this regulation or of behavior contrary to the most elementary rules of civil education you WON'T be able to enter or remain in our apartments. We want to safeguard the tranquility of our guests and also ours.

* COMPLAINTS: For any complaint you can contact us, wE will promptly work to resolve any problem. Any claims for facts or events, such as to cause significant damage or in any case such as to cause it to request compensation for the damage suffered, must be communicated to us before departure, allowing us time to resolve any problem.

NOTE: The confirmation of the booking and the start of the use of the rented unit imply the reading and acceptance of the house rules, as well as its complete compliance.

CONCLUSIONS: This Regulation aims to create harmony between the guest and the owner of the house. We all care that our house is treated well and with respect, and everyone is pleased to find a cozy, comfortable and clean house, equipped with all the functional services, which meets expectations.
