The Manor House
The Manor House is large and spacious and is located on two floor. On the ground floor there are, in addition to a service bathroom dug in to the rock, the fully equipped kitchen, the brigth dining room wich leads to the outdoor terrace, and the living room that houses the billiard table and the fireplace. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with a private bathroom, and a laundry room. The rooms are air conditioned, despite the natural coolness given by the ancient stone walls. The whole Manor House is furnished with antique furniture and can accomodate up to four people.
The Tower
The Tower is a romantic location, where the right mix of past and present, elegance and refinement, characterizes the environment. We consider it the suite of our Manor House, which can comunicate with the latter or remain a separate annex. It looks like a tower spread over three floors. The entrance, separated from that of the Manor House, is characterized by a wrought-iron staircase that overlooks a small terrace, from which the guests can access to the Tower. On the first floor there is a nice living areawith a fully equipped kitchenette. On the upper floor, accessed by a staircase carved into the rock, the bright bedroom is furnished with handmade furniture from the Bottega Michelangeli of Orvieto. On the third floor there are a bathroom, with shower and bathtub, and a laundry room.
The Courtyard
The Torre del Bennicelli is immersed in an uncontamined setting, surrounded by a garden enriched by centuries-old plants and lush vegetation, and it is a happy island for children, for families and for all those who are looking for a contact with nature. In this oasis of peace with thousands of resources, through a short natural path, the guests arrive at the private lake, where they can fish. Here we have equipped a barbecue area. Our mission is to satisfy those who choose to spend their holidays at our facility.
